Once we go over your information and determine if you are a good fit for our network, we will search our list of families for a match according to your shared preferences.

If we find the right family for you, we will begin your legal screening, which includes a background check, fiscal responsibility check, and drug test.

After you pass the legal requirements, we will conduct an in-depth, in-person interview to ensure we know you and your working expectations before we connect you with the client.
